Fees:

Initial 90-minute consultation:     $200.

Return 45-minute visits:    $100.

Insurance:

My services are not covered by traditional health insurance policies. The appointment fee can be applied to a Health Savings Account or Flexible Spending Account.

Consultation Letters:

Detailed consultation letters will be mailed to you and your child’s pediatrician after the initial visit unless requested otherwise.
